My 600-Lb Life: Destinee LaShaee Passed Away Fans Reach Out

There won’t be any more “Where Are They Now?” stories for My 600-Lb Life star Destinee LaShaee. Sadly, she passed away, and her brother Wayne Compton shared the news on Facebook. As he seems to have taken it very badly, TLC fans and friends reached out to try and comfort him.

My 600-Lb Life Star Destinee LaShaee First Trans On The Show
The first outlet to report on the death of Destinee, The Ashley’s Reality Roundup, noticed the post by Wayne Compton. It seemed like a terribly sad death and instantly sparked rumors of suicide. Well, fans know that as Matthew and Destinee, she suffered from mental health issues. In fact, she blamed herself for the death of another brother. However, recently, she seems in a more positive frame of mind.

The My 600-Lb Life star lost a lot of weight and looked so attractive, fans can’t believe she passed way out of the blue. Actually, fans cheered the first trans on during her post-surgery life. Notably, her family has not confirmed the cause of death. No matter what caused it, she seemed in a way better place than back on the show. TLC fans saw that she hardly ever left her house because of her weight. Plus, she missed being able to get out with friends.

My 600-Lb Life Fans And Friends Reach Out To Wayne
When he shared about the passing of his sibling, Wayne posted up plenty of photos. Then he said, “No no no I’m sorry bro, I accept you for who you are, I accept every flaw that come with you.” Then he talked about things that make fans suspect suicide. He added, “I’m sorry you felt alone, I’m sorry you felt you had nobody else to turn too (sic),”

The brother of the My 600-Lb Life star also wrote, “I’m sorry you felt you had no other option Destiny wouldn’t of wanted this, lord why keep taking my siblings away, how much can I take???.” Naturally, people felt very sad for him. So, some of them reached out, and a friend said that they are always there for him. Plenty of people said that they hold Wayne in their prayers.

TLC Colleagues Take It Hard
Starcasm reported that other My 600-Lb Life stars paid tribute to Destinee. The outlet cited Annjeannette Whaley as saying, “Today is one of the Hardest days in my life I just have no words.”

Additionally, Season 7 star, Lacey Hodder talked about mental issues and how devastating they can be. She added, “it is okay to need help to get through something. You can get through it, no matter how much it hurts.”
